Jan. 2009:
The new state-of-the-art instrument, Beckman Coulter MoFlo XDP Cell Sorter, is avaliable for BL2 cell sorting.
Policies
- Please make your appointment 2-3 days in advance. If you call on the same day of your experiment, we cannot guarantee for the available instrument.
- PLEASE SHOW UP ON TIME. You should give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment.
- New users need to fill out the User Registration Form and submit the form before/on the first appointment.
- Training: The facility provides training in FC500 cytometer, IVIS Image System, and Confocal Microscope. Please go to TO SCHEDULE for training schedule and availability.
Cost
- Gallios / FC500 Analyzer: Charges are accrued in 15 minutes increments with a minimum charge of 15 minutes.
- FACSArray Bioanalyzer: Charges are accrued in 15 minutes increments with a minimum charge of 30 minutes. Some reagents can be purchased directly from the Core Facility, please ask for details.
- MoFlo XDP Cell Sorter: Charges are accrued in 15 minutes increments with a minimum charge of 1 hour for cell sorting.
